The West Footscray funeral home includes a reception and waiting area, an arrangement room, a viewing area and a Reflection Lounge. Wheelchair access and a disabled toilet are also available.
- Parking available for 30 cars at the funeral home and also on surrounding streets.
- The chapel was renovated in 2018 and comfortably seats 96 guests with additional standing room for 200. Full audio/visual equipment available.
