Terms and Conditions related to Probus Member Offer

Eligibility: Offer valid for active Probus club members in purchasing Guardian Plans for themselves or a specified beneficiary. Your Probus member data will be handled in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and in line with InvoCare’s privacy policy available at https://www.invocare.com.au/privacy-policy/

Offer: This offer entitles Probus club members to a 5% discount on Professional Service Fees as part of new prepaid funeral plans by Guardian Plan. This offer cannot be applied to existing prepaid funeral plans with Guardian Plan.

Professional Funeral Director fees include the management of the funeral, burial or cremation, including all administrative and legal requirements and guidance through the arrangement, as described in the funeral services agreement with your selected InvoCare brand. The Professional Funeral Director fees do not include transportation, mortuary care, accommodation, crematorium fees, venue hire, government taxes, certificates and levies, coffin/casket, flowers, stationary, music, cremation or burial sites, newspaper notices, clergy/celebrant fees, catering, audio-visual, travel protection insurance or after-hours viewings.

Transferability: This offer is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Probus Club member when buying a Guardian Plan.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
